I have been buying this same glove for years in the xs and it always fit perfectly. I couldn’t even get these on my hand. They are more like a children’s xs and may fit a 6 yr old girl.

Gets the job done

Pros: really like the padding location on these gloves (knuckles and palms), decent color options, pull tabs to take off. Cons: sizing! I recommend sizing up. From the top of my finger to base of my palm puts me directly in the XS range (per measurement guide on BD’s site) BUT my palm takes the majority of that measurement (shorter fingers). It would have been a better fit to do a small. I’d recommend for BD to size by palm (base of palm to base of middle finger) for more accurate sizing for their half finger gloves. Overall: BD does make a good product! Good for the craig and good for via ferratas. As always, try and go somewhere to try on the product(s) you want.

Awesome Gloves

I use these gloves for rappelling and I absolutely love them. They are perfect because you can still be dexterous but your hands are totally protected when you are descending. The size I bought fits great and I just bought a backup pair as well.

Great gloves but too small

I've worn my friends' crag half-finger gloves and they're awesome, super durable but also comfortable. I should've checked what size those were before ordering my own because I ordered way too small by accident and will have to exchange!

Good product, but hard to decide size.

The gloves were fine, but the were extremely tight. I had used the sizing chart, but it is very vague. I ordered an extra small, but I had to return them as they were much too small.

Gloves for ants?

I wear small/XS BD gloves for everything else. Got these in small and couldn’t even get them over a single finger.

after all day of belaying my hands barely hurt at all and the gloves and super comfy.

Works great for belaying. I wore holes in my last pair (after many belays) so we’ll see how these hold up! I appreciate the extra bit of fabric on the fingers to help pull the gloves off!

The fit is much smaller than expected, so after trying a medium, I needed to up-size to a large. Now that I have the right size, they work great, especially for the price. I love that you can clip them onto your harness with the holes in the wrists. I use them for belaying, rappelling, and highlining.
