Crazy Inconsistent Sizing

Familiarity:: I've put it through the wringer
Size Bought:: 25
Height:: 5' 3"
Weight:: 110

I ordered two pairs of these in exactly the same size, just different colors. One is so cute and fits great, but the other pair is gigantic and so odd. These have such a huge difference in product cut and sizing, that i cannot recommend.

I would probably size down at least TWO sizes. So disappointed. They're so big I'm not even tempted to return for another size.
