i really like most of this parka

day after it arrived i was in 30+ mph winds and didnt make it thru the coat. good warmth without being overly bulky. i'm pleasantly surprised that the torso is longer than i expected, but for my purposes its good. plus a few little nice to have features. i like and dont like the double zipper. on the positive it gives you sizing flexibility if you want the coat tighter or wear an under-layer. on the negative, it doesnt literally flap, but i dont like that it seems like it could. summary: glad i got it, might get another should the need arise, but wish the double zip/flap folded away. BTW - the double zipper is easy to fix, have the double on the inside (right) portion of the jacket, not the outside (left). but maybe i'm missing a logistical reason... enjoy!

great coat

attending many outdoor soccer games in the winter months here in NJ where the weather is a mix of rain, sleet, wind & snow during a single game this coat has kept me warm even without layering. Also love the double zipper to accommodate different layering combinations.

decent jacket with one issue

Received the jacket today. Seems solid and good looking for the sale price. Some people complained about the second zipper but I find it helpful if you don't need layering. However, the cut for thumbs on the wrist gaiters is wrong and not made for human hands. not sure if it is a design issue or just my piece has wrong sewing. Could not find the fill weight for the down or its sourcing.

This jacket is very high quality! I love that it uses Gore-Tex fabric on the outside and high quality 850 fill goose down! It feels and looks very premium, I hope to wear it for years to come!

Good jacket

I don't like the extra zipper on the front/outter part of the jacket .. I prefer some snap buttons over the inner zipper. But the jacket is nice & holds in the warmth really good though. And I like the extra pockets! But, the darn outter zipper is still bothering me.. maybe I'll return it.. I don't know yet .. ugh! Purchased an XL (Ht: 6ft/slim).. fits great for layering.

I purchased this jacket in black color for my teenage son. The inside lining of the jacket is of that olive greenish color. It feels very warm and well-made. Lots of nice features! It has good length, do the bottom gets covered too. Definitely would recommend it!

Full body Toaster

This is pretty much the warmest you will ever wear. Gore-Tex to block out the cold air and 850 fill down to keep you nice and toasty! Perfect for any adventure that finds you out in the cold for long periods of time.

What is the fill weight of down in this? Also, is it actually down? I received the coat and it says lining 100% recycled polyester
