x Edelweiss Echo Climbing Rope - 9.6mm
Backcountry x Edelweiss Echo Climbing Rope
Echo Lake is home to one of Utah's many premier sport crags, and the Backcountry x Edelweiss Echo Climbing Rope compliments Dry Wall pretty perfectly. It's one of the few conglomerate rock walls in the Wasatch Range, and nearly all of the challenging routes already have draws and bolts that the Echo's nimble 9.6mm diameter slides through with ease. It can even cross into different routes—like from JJ Memorial to Way Hammered—with minimal rope drag. The Dry Wall lives up to its namesake even in wet weather, but if you're ever climbing somewhere more prone to rain, this rope's dry treated sheath and core can help out if you're rappelling away from ominous clouds. A Unicore construction bonds the Echo's core to its sheath to stop any slippage for phenomenal handling, ideal for intermediate to advanced climbers.
