    Great poles

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

These poles are very light and have comfortable pole straps that sort of ark to your hand. there is also a cool screwdriver feature within the pole that comes in handy for bindings and such. Great adjustable system for touring and resort skiing. Although they are not very durable, I managed to snap mine within two weeks of purchasing, this may not happen to most as I ate it pretty hard. I have already purchased another pair for their lightweight and comfortable grip.

I’m not sure why the tech specs don’t state it but when you unlock the clip and pull the poles apart, the top has a Philips head screw driver and the other one is a flat head, it’s a small feature but saves your life if you need to jimmy rig a broken touring binding. 10/10.

      Great poles

      • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I am pretty small and am just getting into skiing so being able to adjust these poles is great! As the below comments say the locking mechanism was amazingly well. I haven't had them unlock on me at all. Also, the wrist strap and handles are pretty comfortable. Make sure you get the baskets with these. Mine did not come with them :(

      Grip it and rip it!

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Whether I'm taking resort laps or out in the backcountry, I've absolutely loved having these poles for the everyday. They feel solid overall. The wrist strap is a stellar design, and have had zero problems with the locking mechanism. Also if you take them all the way apart, you'll find screwdrivers for and minor on the hill fixes, which is pretty rad if you ask me.

      Grip it and rip it!

      Truly locking poles

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Upgraded my daily drivers this season and I am overly impressed with Chris Benchetler's poles. The locking mechanism is far superior to any in the industry,. Set it and it stays. No problems ever. Light swingwright, a comfy grip, easily adjustable, and durable construction make Benchetler's poles a great addition to anyone's touring quiver.
