Old Man Very Happy with His Kayak and Aquaglide

I am happy with the kayak, I am happy with the service, I am happy with my communications with the team. All good! I have owned another high end inflatable kayak for a few years also, for the money this aquaglide deschtes at 19 lbs is a great value and kayak.

New kayaker likes the Deschutes 110!

New to kayaking. I chose the Aquaglide Deschutes 110 because I wanted something lightweight and portable that would hold me. I have used it twice and so far it's been great. Easy as pie to inflate. Not too many parts and pieces. Two quibbles: I have to hold the valve adapter in place while I pump, which is awkward. And I have yet to figure out how to get it back in the bag.

The best little all-around inflatable I've found

I bought my Deschutes 110 in 2021. I run a group of people who kayak with our dogs in St Louis. Since I got my Deschutes, we have almost 30 of them in our group, based on my recommendation, and everyone loves them. I'm 70 yrs old and petite. I don't need anyone's help with this one! This little kayak is SO EASY and so lightweight. I wasn't sure about the "no floor" thing, but it is no problem at all. I actually like feeling the water. The set up/take down is super fast, easy to dry after a float. The smaller tubes and shorter 11' length make it handle remarkably well in the wind. And the price is affordable. You get your money's worth on this one! I paddle with a 60 lb dog aboard. My one complaint (which is pretty specific to me) was that the seat could not be moved back to compensate for dog's weight. I little modification allowed me to put my seat behind the thwart, and the pup and I were on our way. The shorter length required a little adjustment of my stroke for proper tracking, but that was expected with an 11' kayak. I almost got the 130, but I already have a bigger kayak. I wanted something small and lightweight, and I am 1,000% happy with the 110. I've taken this on lakes, quiet creeks and rivers. Have hit some shallow gravel bars and submerged sticks with absolutely no problem. Not a scratch on her, after 3 summers. It's a tough little kayak. Totally, totally recommend this kayak to anyone, especially ladies or seniors, who just cannot handle a 30 lb inflatable. It will do everything the bigger kayaks will do and more.

Excellent kayak - lightweight - stable - FUN

I'm both an experienced kayaker AND experienced with inflatables. I find the Deschutes 110 to be a GREAT VALUE. It is stable, easy in/out, LIGHTWEIGHT, easy to transport, folds up small, RELIABLE, and well constructed. 'Nuf said? I HIGHLY recommend this product.

LOVE IT

I recently bought the Deschutes 110 and couldn't be happier. I am having so much fun river kayaking, It handles medium rapids well. I haven't had a chance a try it on larger rapids. Easy to inflate/deflate and light enough to carry

Deschutes 110 - great inflatable kayak

It’s wonderful as a 5’ tall 64 year old woman I can completely manage my own kayak. Inflating it takes a few minutes with a hand pump, ditto deflating it.. It handles well, is comfortable,, stable, and of course portable. What more can you ask? Actually what more would be more areas to hook supplies to, and paddle holder, but I can live without them.

Good kayak that's lightweigh

Love how light this kayak is--easy to dry off, too. It does have a squishy feel in a way, and I feel I have to work a little bit to cover a lot of ground (tracking is not bad, but not amazing either) I upgraded to the Chelan for this reason. However, I still think this is an awesome kayak.
