Unreliable quality
Purchased this when they had the all black version of the sneaker. The shoes have worn out completely unevenly, to the point the right shoe has multiple holes, rips in the heel, and cracks while the left shoe is still in nearly perfect shape. What I find baffling about this is I do not have anything unusual in the way I walk or run and did not wear this shoe more than once a week when I first got it. I don't think these are more than two years old and they have never seen snow or rain in my climate (desert] and commute. These are just regular walking shoes with the occasional run to the park. The right shoe literally *feels* like it is of lesser quality and more brittle. The 1 1/2 inch *HOLE* that goes along the large toe just started appearing about six months after I started wearing them. It has continued to get bigger until I'm at the point I have to admit defeat and get rid of them. Underneath the hole is literally just a brittle mesh that has started to disintegrate as well. No such problem on the left shoe! Adidas used to always mean quality to me. It was a reliable brand. This was just weird to have *one* shoe that is so clearly poorly made forcing me to buy new ones before they really went through their lifespan. Will not buy them again, sadly.

Good value
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really nice, simple, solid walking shoes. Slightly big for the size, could probably have gone down half a size.
