    love them

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: medium

You wont need any other heavy pants to make you feel warm. these leggings do the job and it won't make you look messy when you wear lots of cloth on top of each other. I choose the 3.0 cause the weather here is mostly below 20s in the Grand Canyon in mid February

    So comfortable!

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: Runs small

I bought these originally for my dad and they seemed to be too small for him so i got him the next size up and boy am i glad that i have a pair now. I originally ordered a medium and guess i should have ordered a large. I usually wear 33x32 pants and probably would reorder a large instead of medium. I like the idea of having these kind of tight to my legs so its not all over the place but I find that they are even a little too tight. I am going to order another pair of these because they are so dang comfortable! I have used these for skiing and for going out duck hunting. Many dont know but when duck hunting you are sitting in water in waders usually before the sun comes up and it is extremely cold most of the time. With these long underwear I have yet to be cold because of the excellent insulation.

Great WARM baselayer. Very, VERY warm

Alrighty since there isn't any other reviews I guess I'll start

Great baselayer. Ridiculously warm and durable. I've used these leggings for over 26-27 days this year and they've held up just fine. They'll produce those little "pebbles" between your thighs, however (not a big deal to me though).

      Best Uses:

-Night boarding/skiing. When the temperature plummets to 6F-19F, this layer is a must. It'll keep your legs warm and you'll actually enjoy whatever activity you're doing

      -Night time camping

If you have any questions, post them and I'll try to get back to you

I don't think those alone will work for standing outside in <50F weather (especially if it is windy), but wearing a wind-resistant shell over it should do the trick.

Follow up after 2 years of continual use and washing - it's still holding up great. Hasn't lost its elasticity or anything.

5/5 - would recommend to anyone.

I bought these based on accounts of how warm they supposedly are. I work security, and this requires me to stand outside in the cold all night. These may work fine if you are active, but for standing on post for hours in the cold they are useless. They are also very tight, I suggest getting them one size larger than you usually use.
