Faster training leads to faster races.
Our bodies are stubborn machines, and sadly, we sometimes have to trick them in order to train effectively. This is why TYR created the EBP Burner Fin. Essentially, these fins allow you to easily train at a race cadence, making it easier to find your perfect stroke form. Additionally, the EBP makes it possible to remain in your higher heart rate zones for longer periods of time, furthering your conditioning without making your form suffer. And as a slightly more unexpected benefit, TYR claims that the short cadence kicks from the fins actually develop fast twitch muscle fibers. So, your reaction time is accelerated as a result.
The TYR EBP Burner Fin is available in seven sizes from XXX-Small to X-Large and in the colors Blue, Green, Light Blue, Orange, Purple, Red, and Yellow.

TYR made another great product for training. I use these in the pool at least twice a week when working on speed work. These aren't the super long fins you would use scuba diving. You use these shorter fins to generate a faster kick and help you sprint faster- longer fins are intended for very long constant intervals when a slower steady kick is needed. When using these short fins in a pool- its much easier to push off the wall or do a flip turn than using the long fins. The size chart posted by Kris works well and I would also suggest sizing up if you fall between sizes. The quality from TYR is on point and I don't see these failing any time soon.

Well, I started training at the pool again, and it was about time to get another pair of fins to start working my legs out.
I got this a few weeks ago and so far I think they are really good. The feel good wuality and expect them to last a lot.
