I got these boots back in 2017 when they first came out. Bought them at full price, personally I think there more of a $100 boot, but the extra $50 really isn't that big of a deal in the long run, I suppose. Been super happy with them so far. i've read lots of reviews saying that the ankle in too tight and it squeezes right there. I can definitely see where they're coming from but I have pretty skinny/regular ankles so that hasn't been much of a problem for me. I also saw some saying they run small and I would definitely agree on that. The sherpa in the boot was nice at first but after +1 year(s) of use it's all patted down. I really like that it laces up like a more traditional boot because it adds that extra protection, though I did notice that when I first started using them that I could never get them to be fully tight on my foot and sometimes would slip down my foot while on the lift from the weight of my board, I'm guessing this is because my feet were not fitted with the boots yet. The lacing on the inside, though, is great! It really allows me to get my boot tight as possible, something I probably wouldn't be able to do had it just been the outside lacing system. In short, I recommend this boot, especially for beginners who are just getting started!
