Not a bad vest but not a great one either...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this vest a couple of weeks before the race and ran into an issue right away; no bottles. Long story short, there are no workable extra soft flasks at the house but I do have a workaround so I figured I could make things work for the race...customer service was great and went above and beyond to get me what I needed before the race. The big issue I ran into was the amount of bounce the vest had when the bottles were full. The Perrier bottles I use seemed bounce less than the soft flasks which was my only real complaint; I'm 5' 10" and 165-170...maybe I should have gotten a medium rather than the large. There was also a little rubbing between my skin, shirt and vest on the upper shoulder/lower neck area...a change of shirts may have fixed that...it didn't seem to occur when I wore it without a shirt which was weird so probably the shirt and not the vest. Kind of like I said in the title: it isn't a bad vest; it's light is has enough pockets and they are easily accessible (I wore it for 30 miles of a 50 miler; it got hot and I lost the vest and carried bottles), the drawstring to secure the bottles is a novel idea but takes a bit of getting used to; when the fingers quit working it gets pretty tough...great idea but just didn't seem too practical unless your hands are fully functional which can get frustrating. It did the job and worked but it will take some practice to get comfortable with.

Great marathon item
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it when runnin 3-10 miles five plus times per week. Easy to load, soak it with oxyclean for a few hours each week, rinse and lay out to dry. A few months in, great investment.

Great product, but no way to bu
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought this product and went with a Large size, even though I usually wear XL or L. In hindsight, I think a Medium would have been a better fit to reduce bouncing and allow for a tighter fit. Overall, I'm happy with the product but I did dock one star because Northface doesn't offer additional water bottles in case of a mishap.Great product, I purchased a Large. I typically wear an XL and sometimes L, typically. However, I wish I would have purchased a Medium. I believe this would have limited some of the bouncing and would have allowed me to synch the vest up more tightly. Also, the only reason I gave this 4 stars is because Northface doesn't seem to sell any additional bottle if you would like more than two incase one busts.

Bounces around alot
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't find a way to make this pack not slosh all around while im running, it bounces around way too much. I've tightened it as much as i can, but its still not really usable for running.

Great but needs deeper pockets.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice run vest but would like the pockets to be just a little bit deeper for carrying stuff.

Good vest for running; sizing could be improved
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Armhole is loose. Difference between size Small & Medium is too big a range, but overall like the vest.

Great Running vest
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great vest for running. Fit is comfortable, although I wish the straps in the front were a tiny big longer for more range if I'm wearing extra layers.
