Great product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the fit and warmth. The only reason it's not a 5 star is it sheds feathers.

Excellent purchase!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my 18-year-old grandson. We live in the Northern CA Sierras and he's going to college in Michigan. It's lightweight and the perfect jacket for any type of cold weather. In addition, it's not bulky, packs and travels easily and the Cave Blue color is perfect on him. However, the color should be called Cove Blue. Makes more sense . It was an excellent purchase.

My first North Face jacket!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I thought I should've bought the small instead of the medium because it fit a bit loose. But after running it through the dryer for about 30 minutes it fit snugger. So warm! Also love the chest pocket to store the fob. The only drawback to this jacket is the price. I'm so paranoid about hooking it on something and ripping it.

Great in its Weight Class
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very warm for the weight. The packability is A+. I have a few jackets in a similar weight and they do not have the practical use and warmth as the Breithorn. Very pleased.

purchased specifically for use under a shell
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] purchased specifically for use under a shell as part of a layering system for midwinter warmth. it is very warm, which is the goal. two zippered hand pockets, exterior zippered chest pocket and interior large gear pockets are all very well placed and played a large part in the purchasing decision -particularly the exterior zipped chest pocket for easy access to items i need to keep warm directly under the shell. the jacket serves it's purpose well. if I were to suggest a constructive improvement it would be armpit zips -after getting your blood flowing this jacket excels at storing that warmth. from a functional standpoint i would like to see a slightly heavier denier, but i do understand the packability factor. bonus: it is my dog's favorite thing to curl up in when left in the car. sized up from the sizing table one level as i wanted to make sure to be able to fit over multiple layers when necessary; still fits a little big, but do not think the smaller size would have cut it.

Awesome jacket!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great lightweight jacket that keeps me very warm. My first impression was, this thing won't keep me warm because it's so lightweight, but I was wrong! I'm very impressed and pleased with how this jacket keeps me warm, the looks of it, how it fits, how comfortable it is and how well made it is. Top notch quality and design! I would definitely recommend this jacket!
