Shop Similar ProductsEither by itself or as a mid-layer, this jacket brings the ultimate satisfaction to your ski sessions.
The North Face designed its Women's Pemby Hybrid Jacket to be the ideal mid-layer for backcountry skiing. Lightweight PrimaLoft One insulation warms you up, and a DWR coating helps if you encounter light snowfall while wearing this as a top layer on the skin up. FlashDry fleece wraps up your arms and neck to wick moisture lightning-fast. This leaves you warm, dry, and completely comfortable while you're working hard on the skin track and skiing down those snowy slopes.
An active fit pulls the Pemby close to your body for easy layering both over it and under. An asymmetric zipper on the front eliminates the bulk you would get if you were to lay two straight zippers over one another. Thumbholes keep the sleeves in place while you reach, tuck, and plow down those powder-capped peaks. Water-resistant zippers at the chest and hand pockets offer wet weather protection in ways that most jackets fail to do. And an adjustable hem seals out the wind.
