The 2X size is perfect for a US size 16 or 18 woman.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wear a US size 16 to 18 and ordered a 2X. I have full arm movement and I can wear a thick fleece under it. I love the mid-thigh length. It is replacing my decades old London Fog car coat.

Just a tad too tight

Great rain jacket

Good fit and packs wells

This is a great parka. Bought one for my wife. She was really pleased with all the features and fit EXCEPT for the zipper which was a little flimsy and very tight. It was almost impossible to zip. So had to return. Sorry!
