The fabric is very heavy duty, but I am flabbergasted that the backpack straps and carrying straps are not removable via quick connect or able to tuck inside the bag. This is a major design omission that is available on most gear bags.

BIG North Face bag is what you need.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this for annual snow ski trip with my buddies and everything fits (ski boots, ski clothes, street clothes, etc. I will also use it for carrying all my backpacking gear to the trail head as well as my street clothes to go home.

If you need a BIG North Face bag look at this one
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a GREAT big North Face bag perfect to take on my annual snow ski trip to Taos NM and Wolf Creek Colorado. It is also big enough for my backpack and all the stuff I carry to our annual 6 night backpack trip to Rocky Mountains. The size, camo material, and water-proof feature was reason to buy for my 78th birthday to me.
