Feel the breathability.
The Strafe Outerwear Men's Temerity Ski Pant boasts better breathability for backcountry touring in sunny or snowy weather. Polartec NeoShell is extremely breathable to keep you comfortable on steep skins, and fully taped seams ensure proper waterproofing for powder days.
The Temerity also features long zippers at each internal thigh for ventilated airflow if you work up a sweat. Zippered cuffs offer easy access to the boot gaiters, and Cordura reinforces the cuffs against ski edges. The suspenders are removable, and there are multiple waist adjustments. Strafe added an internal pocket for your beacon.

Sizing Info for Short People
- Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
- Fit: Runs large
- Size Bought: S
I ended up returning these pants but thought I'd write this review to help other short people in their arduous journey to find shell pants that fit.
Before I get to my main complaint, I should say that the neoshell material feels good; no crinkling like in the Gore tex pants. The pockets are nice and deep and I like the idea of vents on the inside of the legs (though obviously, I never had a chance to test them out).
Now I'm going to go on a rant. Please make an allowance for this because I'm short and you have no idea how hard it is for a short person to find shell pants that fit! Before ordering, I called the company (Strafe) to check the inseam of the pants in a size small. They told me that it was 28 in (there's also an email from them saying it is 28 in). You wouldn't believe the absolute joy that came over me when I heard this (and I was super psyched for the neoshell material as well!). So then I spent two days anticipating these pants, (in my mind, I was already making plans to order more pants; I mean it is really, really hard to find short pants and what if they went out of business all of a sudden?). At this point, I hope you can understand how absolutely crushed I was when I opened the package and found pants meant for the Hulk (or at least a size small Hulk). See the attached picture; for reference the jeans are 28 in inseam American Eagle. At this point, I am just so sad. I'm not even angry anymore, just very, very sad.
Does the material stretch?
