Why We Built The Stoic Ripstop Jacket

When summer starts to bleed into fall, bringing cold air pockets and afternoon drizzles, we zip into our Stoic Ripstop Jacket. The lightweight build shields us from crisp breezes yet won't have us overheating on lunchtime treks, while the treated exterior sheds droplets when the clouds start to spit. We cinch the hood, cuffs, and hem tight for added protection and slip our hands in the chest pockets for a little relaxation even with our pack's hip belt clipped.

What a weird fit!

Familiarity:
I returned this product before using it

The materials this was made out of seemed pretty decent quality. It has a YKK Vislon zipper, the ripstop material seems very sturdy and thick. However, this brand has the strangest fit. I am in between a Medium and Large for pretty much every brand. I ordered a Medium on this because you want a windbreaker to be more snug. However, this thing fit like I was wearing a 45-gallon trash bag. It was super baggy and strange looking. I bought another item from this brand that also fits strange, but was much cheaper and I like a bit better so am keeping it. However, this windbreaker is going back. I got it on sale for $38 and don't even think it is worth that. I just don't think I could bare to be seen in public wearing this. It definitely does not fit like a windbreaker for active activities. It is more of a city-design, however it is just like a strange thin parka. Skip this. PS: You can't even find any info on this brand. Why don't they have a simple website? Even mom&pop stores have websites.
