He'll dig the flashy style and you'll dig the winter protection.
The Spyder Boys' Leader Jacket will protect your boy from the cold while he shows off the moto-inspired style at the ski resort. With an Xt.L laminate, Spylon+ DWR treatment, and taped critical seams, your little shredder can plow through fluffy powder all day without getting wet. Cold temps won't get him complaining either thanks to the jacket's ThermaWeb insulation. The powder skirt has a gripper elastic that prevents snow from riding up into the jacket, and it has snaps that hold the skirt back against the jacket when he's walking around town. Plus, Spyder added an anti-abrasion brushed metal overlay film so he'll show off this jacket for years to come.

great jacket but runs small
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
This jacket is great, my son loves it, great wind protection. However, it runs small, I had to return his usual size for a bigger.
Love the jacket -runs small
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
My son is wearing a 12 or 14 in everything else but needed an 18 in this jacket to have enough room to get through winter. Style and finish are excellent and this model has proven very weather worthy for igloo building and winter camping with the Boy Scouts in Washington. It keeps him dry in the wet weather and the outer fabric has proven very durable. This is our second of this model and we'll order another as he grows. Return of the small size was easy and price and shipping were great from BC.
Great jacket, runs very, very small.
- Familiarity: I gave it as a gift, but have feedback to share
My son wears an athletic size 10 jean, medium tops and is skinny. However, after reading other reviews I ordered the size 14, expecting it to be a bit big, but it was a perfect fit. However I returned it for a 16 as there is no way we would get more than one season out of the 14. My son LOVES the jacket though!
