Good for wide feed/ leather conforms
I have wide feet with tall bridge so have hard time buying cute shoes. These are tight and hard to put on at first for me but after a while of a little suffering the shoe conforms to my foot. This is the third pair of sorry boots I bought. I don’t really like the company but I have very limited options for quality boots that actually fit my feet. :(

Beware of back heel clips
I’ve worn and loved Sorel boots for years. This is the first time I have regrets. Bought the Chelsea in black at a famous retailer for NYC life I’ve almost tripped forward walking down the subway stairs twice as the back heel has clips designed into it and it catches the edge stair railing. Frightening! I am now afraid to wear them. Such a waste. If you look closely at the back heel you will understand. Not designed for going down steps unfortunately

Must have for the stylish foot!
these are so fun and I love them! they are an updated style from my ABSOLUTE favorite shoe (Joan of Arctic Chelsea Wedge Bootie). I chose this color for the fun eye pop that makes the style stand out. I love the heel - comfortable and stable. The soles are thick enough to keep you warm and tread is helpful in the wintery terrain so you maintain traction. I did size down from my wedge but I could have gone with the 1/2 size bigger if I needed to. I can sometimes vary between sizes anyway. I needed to wear longer socks to break in the cuff at the top of the ankle- I would expect this though - it is an easy work around. I think I will purchase these in a black and I will not need to own any other casual shoe!

Loud rattling noise.
I ordered a pair in light brown. They are very comfortable, but there was some sort of error when they were made and a piece was left inside the heel, so when I walk I hear a rattle with every step. I honestly wish I could switch them for the same ones without the rattle.

Very Comfortable!
