High quality through and through.
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
In my opinion the frames are a bit narrow for a larger man with wider face, but the materials and quality is great, no question about it. Glass quality is a step up from lower proved Smith options and the integrated lanyard work great.

Color fades after minor usage
I purchased a pair of Guide’s Choice in the tortoise color way. After light usage these frames have begun to lose the paint all over. Warranty did not cover it, better off with a cheaper alternative.

Great glasses but fragile and bad Smith warranty
I loved these glasses. Great fit and really nice glass but the frame is extremely fragile. My frame broke on the lens portion frame as the result of a very small impact. Smith would not warranty the glasses. So beware of Smith’s warranty. These are expensive glasses that I expected Smith would standby their product.

Eagle River was epic
Great glasses. What a difference. And didn't trip or go swimming wading for the first time because I could easily see where I was walking. Epic.

Zero support
Great glasses, but if anything happens to them: scratched lens, broken arm, etc... You are out of luck. No repairs, no replacement lenses available. Other companies selling sunglasses in the same price range have marvelous repair and lens replacement (quick search will tell you which ones). I'll never purchase a Smith product again.

Low light yellow lens
I love the low light yellow lenses especially on overcast days and evenings. They will definitely improve your sight fishing ability especially in rivers and creeks.

Best sunglasses I've owned
These are fantastic sunglasses, and provide amazing clear views. The tint is just right to be dark enough on a bright day, but still wearable on an overcast day. Highly recommend these glasses to anyone looking for an amazing pair! And, the warranty can't be beat either.
