The Sierra Designs Women's Microlight 2 Pant disappears into your hiking pack and reappears when the wind picks up and drizzle or cloud-fog moves in. The DWR-treated polyester protects you from chilly spitty rain when it's between seasons, and will ward off a bit of wind on a blustery day. The Microlight is not, however, a deluge-blocking pant. Use the included stuff sack to keep your pack organized for the week-long trip in the Sierras. Dog drool and kid spit-up won't get through this pant, so you can play all day, whether it's with your dog child or man child.
