Better than expected!
My lady friend needed something she could wear at work and still here people around her and a friend of mine purchased these I own the sports Pro and when I saw these they seemed right when they came they're perfect. Completely satisfied

Could be better
The sound was low at first. I dow loaded the shokz app and played with the settings to make everything louder. TThe sound was low at first. ok not great
I like the sound and these work great. I really like hearing people and cars ect -safty first.I do not like the fitt should have been made is sizes,one fits better than the other stays on my ear ect the other not so much lost one twice .otherwise great

Doesn't fit my ear
The earbuds don't wrap into my ear, so only get about 50% of the sound. There's no adjustment that makes them sit in my ear. When I push the buds into my ears, the sound gets much better. So it has to be completely quiet for me to ear the music. If there are any cars, wind or loud background noise, I can't hear a thing. I basically have to have it full blast all the time.
