Why We Like The Sea To Summit Spark 30F Down Sleeping Bag

As the forest reawakens to springtime rains, and the sun shines just a bit warmer on our faces, we pack our Sea To Summit Spark 30F Down Sleeping Bag on our first fair-weather camping trips of the season. The powerful 850-fill down provides consistent warmth from the first warm nights of spring through the final trip of the fall, allowing us to sleep beneath the stars in comfort. The hydrophobic down and DWR treatment on the lightweight nylon ensure reliable warmth, even after spring showers and summer thunderstorms, and the bag packs down small so we can bring it on every trip.

Fantastic and light weight!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! Blown away by how light this is! It folds down super small if you use the compression bag it comes with or the regular uncompressed back for normal storage. It’s a decent roomy size for a mummy bag that fit both myself and husband just fine without feeling too tight. The no snag zipper is a nice bonus feature along with the ability to synch in the hood/top part. The outer material is thin but has a coating on it that makes it more durable than expected. It warmed up quickly with body heat and I have no concerns about being cold within the approved temperature range. Would recommend and excited to get more use of this as camping season picks back up!

Lightweight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Soft lightweight and very durable. Easy to travel with and to carry. The insulation is amazing and not to overbearing and heavy. Definitely cooling too! Definitely recommend for camping

đź’• this sleeping bag!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start off by saying this sleeping bag from Spark Down is the lightest sleeping bag I've felt/had. It easily rolls up and fits in the nylon bag it came with. The only downfall I see with the bag is the zipper. Should be larger in size. . I will say, when I pulled out the sleeping bag, it looked dirty. We thought it was previously used, but it was the down feathers that peaked through the translucent yellow material. . We haven't used it in the cold just yet, but after reading reviews, but confident it'll keep us warm.

Perfect for my light hiking/camping use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sleeping bag is high quality! You can tell Sea to Summit has really spent time to get it right. I was surprised how big of a case it came in but, was happy to note that a more compact bag was included and it does shrink down easily. They are not joking when they say you will be comfortable down to 0F. As a 5’2 female, I have more than enough room to get cozy but not too much that there I do not feel snug. There are so many great features like the pillows near the hood for support, clasps to ensure much of your face is protected and the ability to zip two together. Would for sure recommend to my other outdoorsy friends. I would say this is not “over”engineered but perfect for my use. This ensures it is not too heavy to take with me on my trips.

Worth the money!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best sleeping bag we have ever owned. The material is super soft and silky. The 2 bag options are nice as well. The down makes it comfortable and light weight.

Exceptional Sleeping Bag for All Your Adventures

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got this sleeping bag and have been thoroughly impressed with its performance during my spring outdoor trips. It's incredibly lightweight and easy to carry, yet surprisingly roomy and comfortable even in cooler temperatures. The down certification is a testament to its quality, ensuring warmth and durability. While I've only used it in spring so far, the true test will come during the winter months, and I'm optimistic about its performance. Although the storage sack has shifted to a smaller plastic bag, the main focus remains on the bag's superior functionality in the field. It's an ideal choice for anyone looking to upgrade their camping gear. My family has already taken a liking to it, and it's quickly become a favorite for all our camping outings!
