Good
Good bottle, light weight and easy to adjust. Great for short to medium runs

Chemical taste
I bought this for running. It adds a chemical taste to the water despite several washes. I can’t use it as the taste is terrible and the though of what is actually going into my body.

Terrific running handheld bottle
I purchased the active handheld bottle about a month ago. As an older runner, I find that I need to drink more while I run. Especially with temps above 75. I wanted something light and minimalistic with a volume that would get me through 60 min/6 miles. This bottle does that. I love it. Its comfortable to hold, no sloshing, perfect volume, cleanable.

Faulty unreliable ON/OFF cap system
I Have used this flask for 3 sessions now and the same exact thing happens every time, the ON/OFF system gets stuck/locked to OFF and I can't turn it, today I had to use a pipe wrench to get it un-stuck again, and I have strong hands/grip/fingers, This happens why? during runs when I try to open and lock it, it ends up turning/rotating the whole cap of the flask, they I try to tighten it hard to prevent this from happening and the ON/OFF system gets stuck/locked to OFF and I end up having to take off the whole cap for drinking, incredible frustrating system. I might have an item that is faulty from production ? but this system is not easy to use even when it is *working* , when I have sweaty or cold wet hands it is really hard to operate. I have other similar systems from another brand (not mentioned), and it works perfect every time allways no matter the situation.

Convenient
Happy to have something for shorter trail runs, but also as an additional quick water source on longer outings/races.

Good Minimalist Design
Pretty happy with this water bottle. Have taken it on a few outdoor runs and the strap works fine. These flexible bladders are easier to draw water from than more rigid water bottles. It becomes a little more onerous to maintain a tight grip on the bladder as it empties, but it’s a minor inconvenience. I use this bottle regularly for treadmill and indoor cycling rides without the handle.

It's not as comfortable as I thought
Firstly, I just want to say there's nothing "wrong" with product as such... I give it a lower score because it just isn't anywhere near as usable as I thought. It's heavy, heats up my hand a ton, not as easy to get on and off as I thought and in the end I personally find it easier to just carry the bottle and use a small waist belt for keys.

Best hand held!
This is the 3rd Salomon hand held version I have purchased and it is my favorite! You can purchase more bottles to fit the strap as well, and i high recommend grabbing a couple of they are in stock! I take this in a majority of my runs!
