I am 6'-1", 32" waist, 32" inseam and 180lbs and originally got these in size L. Waist fits fine but they are really, really short leg length wise. Compared to my Salomon Agile, also size L, these are ~3" shorter. I had to pull down from them to get to ankle length and no doubt it will pull up during running. They are low waist by design, and I am not convinced about that because it exposes your low back to the cold. I prefer a bit more protection from a cold weather tight in that area. The outside fabric is super soft and the fleece material inside is thick and looks like will do a good job in the cold. Side pockets are decent size but not enough to fit my Pixel 5a with case protector entirely. Phone will not fall out but will be exposed to rain or snow. Bigger phones could be an issue. Rear pocket is as expected, good for small stuff: keys, gel, etc.. They look like a well-made and warm set of tights overall; I was just not convinced about the length and would like them to be at least 2" longer for a size L so I exchanged them for a size XL. Got the XL and they still short plus now the waist is off. Returned. In summary, good quality but I am not sure about this short length, low waist design for a cold weather tight that compromises areas of your body to the cold. To me it misses the point completely. Went with the Gore R3 Themo Tights size L that fit me perfectly.
