Bad Zipper

Bought for our son, zipper came off. Clearly not what T Rice rips in the backcountry, or else he would freeze. Too bad Quicksilver is passing off such a terrible product under the name of a legend. Do better.

Bad Quiksilver Zippers

We tried 2 different Quiksilver Travis Rice jackets and both had the same problem with the "waterproof" zipper failing at the sternum area - getting stuck and then fully disconnecting. Happened to talk to another friend who has the QS Kai Jones jacket and same problem! Hope QS is going to fix this issue - unfortunate as we really liked the jacket.
