Designed for a runner with a traditional gait and a craving for cushioning, the Puma Women's Faas 1000 Running Shoe is a lithe and lightweight road shoe that won't slow—or weigh—you down. The 12mm heel-toe offset completely agrees with your heel-striking gait. A singular slab of midsole provides more cushion that your pillow-top bed, yet this plush show isn't overweight so your steps stay light and springy.
The top is a beatific blend of Air mesh and Mono mesh. Grit and gravel stay out while fresh air is allowed in. Using the interwoven dual-lace EverFit system, both the tongue and your foot get locked into place without any tightness or pinching. The EcoOrthoLite insole manages moisture and offers some support for your fleet-footed efforts. The FaasFoam+ midsole is a single piece of middle magic that utilizes FaasFoamLite and rubber to give you maximum cushioning with minimal weight. Flex grooves in the midsole help you roll from your heel to your toe with ease. The sole takes a blended approach, mixing EverRide+ and EverTrack rubber for long-running durability with minimal weight and gait interference.
