Ok...so it isn't the most expensive or flashiest looking shoe out there, but it works for me. I have a small, wide foot (about a 8 1/2 mens shoe); the size 42 Quest fits comfortably and works well with my Speedplay clipless pedals.
If you just got into cycling and dropped a bundle on the bike itself, these shoes might be just right for your wallet and your feet.

for a not so lady-like foot. i tried the womens' and it wasn't "wide" enough for my foot, this one is perfect.
