Why is Backcountry still in business

Familiarity:
I returned this product before using it

The fit on these is WAY too large. Neither the quality nor the look of these sweatpants merits the price. Also, it's 2023 and Backcountry is still making you pay for return shipping ($7)? I don't think I've paid return shipping for any store in years. I've spent thousands of dollars at Backcountry in the past but I will no longer use any service that makes you pay for return shipping. Backcountry is stuck in 2015.
