Love it, wish it didn't have zipper issues
LOVE the coat, it has replaced my canvas down vest and its super nice to have the hood and extra pockets. It runs large and if between sizes I would suggest going down a size (I usually wear medium but had to swap for a small). I would give it 5 stars if the bottom of the zipper was finished correctly. Unfortunately the small I received in exchange for the medium had an unfinished/un-crimped lower part of the zipper and it would not stay on the jacket. I fixed the issue with some pliers and superglue. Other than the zipper I love the coat

Not suitable for cold weather
Live in northern Canada. Needed a durable down parka for winter expeditions. This jacket is great as far as fit, and being lightweight. Does not hold up to Yukon winter temperatures. Like the pictures show, it's great for drinking beer around a fire in -10C. Minus 30C and colder I wouldn't recommend unless you are wearing a separate parka underneath. Overall I am disappointed as the selling features came up short.

Super warm and durable
This jacket is incredibly warm and the canvas shell feels very high quality and durable. I've warn this jacket in the thirties with a t-shirt underneath and felt toasty. I can't wait to wear it in sun freezing or even sun zero temps. Definitely built for the extreme cold
