Why We Like The Oboz Bangtail Mid Insulated B-DRY Boot

The new Oboz Bangtail Mid Insulated B-DRY hiking boot lets us take on the elements when our favorite trails are covered with snow. The Primaloft insulation keeps our feet warm while the water-repellent nubuck leather and waterproof-breathable B-DRY membrane keep them dry by fighting off the snow, ice, and slush. Oboz's newest winter hiking boot also features winter-specific Vibram Arctic Grip Outsoles with rubber that gives us great grip on ice and deep, 5mm lugs that dig into the snow to keep us on our feet (and off our butt) in slick, wintry conditions.

Great Boot!

I bought these boots before moving to Colorado last summer. I love them! Oboz is one of those brands that fit my feet, so for me, they were great out of the box. I was able to go on a steep, multi-hour hike without so much as a rub on my first wear. They are super light and super warm. Now that I'm in Colorado, they're my go-to on snowy days and will be my hiking boot anytime it's chilly outside.

My go-to snow boot and hike boot for the cold months. This boot is so light considering it's insulated! That arctic grip is no joke. I have had no issues trekking through snow, slush, and ice!
