They gave me the wrong color of shoes!

Was shipped the wrong color shoes, and now I have to pay shipping in order to return??? The shoes are nice, but I cannot wear purple and neon green shoes around. Seems like a huge oversight on Backcountry's. Would love to connect to see if we could remedy the shipping costs.
