Brighton High might sound like one of those tween soap operas, but it's way cooler: a high-top men's skate shoe from New Balance Numeric, with a suede, textile, and PU upper that's comfortable and durable. The vulcanized construction's tough, too, but it comes out of the box flexible and sensitive so you have excellent board feel from the start. New Balance also made the Brighton with an injection-molded EVA insole for cushioning and a gradient hex pattern tread so you don't slip and slide like a backyard waterslide.
