This super-stiff, ultra-damp board absorbs tons of shock and high-speed vibration, allowing you to mow down anything standing in your way, including bumped-up runs and variable snow at the end of a powder day. Plus, its tapered directional shape keeps its nose from submerging on seriously deep days for effortless float. 

Based off Never Summer's Raptor and Premier F1, the Chairman is a mash-up of these two boards, giving you an elite freeride deck that's capable of digging serious trenches, thanks to its new sidecut, which improves upon traditional five-point Vario Power Grip sidecut. Never Summer added two extra sidecut radii (seven in total) to the Chairman for more aggressive carving performance and insane edge hold, especially when you're laying into Euro-style carves.

Dampening the board from the bumpiest runs and high-speed chatter, its RDS 1+ Dampening System uses twice the amount of elastomeric rubber foil as the usual RDS1 Dampening, giving the Chairman the most extensive dampening in Never Summer's line-up. Carbonium laminates form a Vs at the tip and tail for added pressure on the snow, as well as a large X through its center for extra torsional rigidity between the feet. Add in a lightning-fast Durasurf XT Sintered 5501 base for a board that's comfortable straight-lining at high speeds all over the mountain.
