Why We Like The Moab 3 Mid Hiking Boot
The Moab 3 Mid Hiking Boot is our ticket to a good day on the trail. Leather and mesh in the upper mix strength with ventilation to ensure a lasting lifetime and fresher feet throughout the day. The mid-height is supported with a nylon arch shank to keep us from rolling an ankle if we slip on loose scree. Inside, it has extra cushioning where our feet are impacted most while outside a Vibram rubber sole provides unrelenting traction.

Rocked it straight outta the box!
I bought a pair of Moab 3 Mid hikers yesterday and put them to the test today. They are absolutely AWSOME! I work 10 hour shifts as a forklift operator and I'm standing on a Deadman switch all night long. The worst part about my job is foot and knee pain. Not tonight, Straight out of the box no breaking in needed! I absolutely love these boots, This is my 4th pair of Merrell shoes and I will definitely keep going back for more!

Most comfortable boots I've ever owned!
This is my second pair of the Moab 3 hiking boots and I love them. I just bought a new pair and right out the box I took them to Patagonia and hiked and backpacked over 100 miles in them and they felt like a dream. Comfortable, sturdy, wide enough toe box and breathable. I used to get hot feet in other boots, but these allow my feet to move and breathe. I buy my normal running shoe size.

Got to the top! Trying to climb to the highest point in all the states around me. These shoes kept me on the trail without stressing my ankles.

Former Western Michigan Gal Loves Her Merrells!
I’ve been walking my neighborhood 3 miles per day on the Pacific Coast since 2008. Just bought my fourth pair of Moab 3 and they are fabulous.

Size runs small
These run small. I am an 11 and had to buy a 12 to fit. Other than that, I like them.

They Only Hiking Boot I Wear!
I've been wearing Merrell hiking boots since I discovered them 30 years ago and wouldn't wear any other brand! The Moab mid-rise is the best choice. They last longer, and the fit is always the same, so I don't have to worry about buying them online. This means I never have to break them in! They also grip better, which is vital when climbing to the very tippy top of Bell Rock in Sedona, AZ!

Love for simple hikes
Love these! They are super comfy and cute! I do however, would not suggest them for a rigorous hike. I found that I needed a little more ankle support.
