Solid Socks from Mavic!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

When I'm not using team socks you can find me in a pair of these bad boys. They are great quality which we have come to expect from Mavic. These are composed of a light, soft, and thin material that keeps sweat away on those hot days. I wear them as a base layer sock in the winter too. I don't know what the other reviewer did to wear a hole in them after one ride (perhaps a sizing issue?) but I have a few of these socks edging 1yr old now and they are still just as good as day 1. I wear a size 44.5 shoe and have a L in these which is perfect.
So what makes this better than other socks? Here are some more points:
-Easy to wash (yellow tends to hold onto dirt more than others)
-Can put in dryer and not have to hand these down to your kids like some other brands
-Pro length (mid-calf area)
-They look cool.. I am not a fan of logo'd socks but I like the "M" design.
-Fair price for quality cycling socks

One and done

Great looking, thin sock that I wore on one 80 mile ride and they got a hole in the toe. Perhaps these are meant for race day socks that you wear once and then throw away? Does not make much sense for the price.
