Love this coat.

I have recently had some health issues and this involves circulatory system and have gained so much weight in the past 6mos that I can no longer fit in any of my winter coats. This jacket has saved my patooty. I got the Tall 3XXX which was on clearance after Christmas. I thought it would be too big and I would have to give it to someone else. It may be a bit too long as I can't reach the bottom of the pockets without hunching over. But, it works for me (I am 5ft 7 and 248 pounds). It is nice looking and incredibly warm.

Great fitting coat with large thermal range.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received my Down Hoody and I absolutely love it. Years ago when I was working at a ski resort I was always a little jealous when others had Marmot gear. I found this coat online searching for tall coats and I remembered Marmot quality so I gave it a shot. I couldn’t be happier with it. It fits perfect which when your 6’6” and 265 lbs clothes rarely do. The quality is what I would have expected. Its thermal range is exactly what I wanted. Warmer than a light coat, but not so hot I can’t ever wear it. If it gets really cold I’m sure it would provide the needed protection when it’s zipped up and the hood is up. I like it so much I will look at other Marmot gear!

The "Go To"...

Well made jacket, good with one exception
Well made jacket, functional, keeps the cold out--except for the arms. Each sleeve has a panel with very little insulation, so you will feel the cold all down your arms even if its in the 30s. Getting down close to 0 degrees I imagine it would be a lot worse.

Warm, lightweight, and fits great!

Blizzard and Cold killer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very warm and well fitting jacket. Upon initially wearing this coat, you can see that it is not meant for rough and tough type of wear IMO. The outer shell seems delicate. The hood conforms to your head nicely and has almost like a small visor at the end to protect you from the elements on your forehead, which is awesome
