Built for that gram counting ski mountaineer, the Mammut Trion Light 28 Backpack saves on weight thanks to a minimalist design but is still equipped to carry all the gear you need to bag the summit. Mammut's Motion Butterfly suspension system is designed to transfer the load weight and allow your upper body freedom of movement for the ascent. High-density EVA padding is placed at the back, shoulders, and hip belt to keep everything comfortable for the ski down. When you're going ultra-light, you can remove the top-load as well as the padding at the hip belt to save even more weight. The front of the pack is fitted with two ice axe carry loops, daisy chain gear carriers, and a reinforced ski carrier. Compression straps keep your load secure, and the hydration compatible design allows you to bring along a hydration bladder of your choice, so you stay properly hydrated out there.
