Mammut has hit it out of the park with the waterproof down jacket (yes, truly waterproof) with very warm insulation that is not bulky. Take it skiing on sub zero days, go ice fishing, wear it to a Green Bay Packers game (it's stylish). It doesn't pack down and is not ultralight, so this is not for putting in a pack and carrying in the backcountry for extended periods of time.

Super warm and comfy. I could wear this jacket all day in freezing temperatures and not feel a thing. Wind proof and very sleek looking. I get compliments wearing this jacket. I love the pockets and all the features designed to keep the wind out as well as the snow. There is other jacket like it. This is pinnacle of cold weather gear.

Amazing jacket, it just feels like a ski jacket from the moment you put it on. all of the pockets are in the right place. super warm. i get many compliments while wearing it. my GF tried it on and really didn't want to give it back to me. this jacket is for anybody that appreciates the finer things in life. its worth the price tag, feels like it will last for many years.
