You don't need a heavy, bulky backpack when you hit up the backcountry for a day. You're set for some safe times with the Mammut Nirvana Rocker 20L Pack that has just enough space for your avy gear, skins, and a hydration reservoir. Its Contact suspension system distributes your load evenly across your back, and two-layer EVA padding across the back panel brings the maximum comfort you can find in such a small pack. The diagonal ski carry system is sure to keep your skis out of your way while you hike up those powder-capped peaks and bomb down them in all your glory.
Mammut made the Nirvana Rocker out of eco-friendly Cyclepet fabric that has waterproof qualities. The U-shaped zipper lets you get your gear at the bottom of the bag as fast as you can get the gear at the top. Its hydration reservoir compatibility system ensures you don't have to eat snow in order to quench your thirst. Slide your skins in the vertical front zippered pocket to keep your avy gear dry as you go down, and use the two front gear loops to hold your poles when you're taking photos.
