The 5-star hotel of air mattresses

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

I'm so glad I didn't skimp and get a cheap air mattress for car camping. This really is the gold standard of comfort. It inflates quickly, perfectly fits my '13 Tucson, and was comfortable for me and my 6'1" partner (and our pup). Like any camp bed, it doesn't pack down super small, but I think it's pretty compact and didn't take up a ton of room. Paired with the Luno window screens, you've got a car camping setup fit for a king or queen. Word to the wise: there are multiple valves on each side, so don't be a goofball like me and forget to close one and then wonder why the bed isn't staying inflated...
