All this soft snow talk may lead you to believe that the 115 can't perform on hardpack—that's just not true, and here's why: Line gave this bomber its Maple Macroblock core, which combines two full-length maple stringers surrounded by aspen, for the solid stability of maple and the lightweight qualities of aspsen. Then they gave it a Metal Matrix die-cut titanal laminate to add outstanding power to the wood core's buttery-smooth flex for rock solid carving edge hold at speed. Line's new Shockwall technology provides a full height and length elastomer sidewall to help absorb vibration and shock for a delightfully smooth ride. Early Rise geometry allows for effortless turn initiation and float while Early Taper in the tail reduces tail drag and hooking in powder. Directional Flex means that a softer tip floats and initiates turns like a champ while a stiffer tail provides power, stability, and control at speed.
