Take your backcountry ascents and descents up a couple of notches with the La Sportiva Women's Sparkle Alpine Touring Boot. Not only is it the lightest four-buckle alpine touring boot on the market, the Sparkle also has a true sixty degrees of cuff motion for effortless hiking and skinning. The boot features an EZ-Flex tongue rib and EZ-Flex thermo-formable liner that work together to provide smooth travel through the sixty degrees of cuff motion. The Vibram rubber sole grips snow and rock well, and the low-profile, micro-adjustable Pegasus buckles are tucked well out of the way of any rock contact that could make you lose your footing while traversing rough terrain.
For unmatched power on the descents, La Sportiva reinforced the backbone of the Sparkle with stiff, lightweight carbon fiber that helps give the boot a burly 110 flex rating. The four-buckle design with a power strap allows for precise fit adjustments, and the boot is compatible with tech style or DIN-sytle AT bindings. The boot also comes with the option of choosing between three preset forward lean options of 10, 14, and 18 degrees.
