Kavu is my Go to!

What a cute durable bag! I bought the black and white ikat pattern and get compliments from it all the time. Really enjoy the two main zippered compartments (which surprisingly fit ALOT) and the smaller quick retrieval ones on front. Note the Velcro pocket on top isn't big enough for an iPhone or iPod, but I just use it for my Minamalist wallet/ coin purse and it works great. Just sling it over my shoulder and I'm on my way down the bike trails!

Me gusto!

This is such a step up from the hang at your hip purse! I said good by to off the shoulder luggage, and hello to a sling that is roomy and forgettable. I can stow so much in this little guy, and keep it right on the center of my back without a second thought to it!

Solid Bag

This bag is stylish and versatile for urban commuting (read: urban walking). I appreciate the extra pockets and ergo design. I don't love it for biking though. It slides around on your back unless it is extra tight, which becomes uncomfortable for longer commutes. This is my only complaint though. Everything else is stellar.

I can't endorse anything specifically, however.. I would recommend a pack with two straps. They seem to slide less and provide equal weight distribution on your shoulders and back. If you are going for a long ride this might be important for you. Also, having a chest or lumbar strap to provide addition comfort and slide insurance could help you out. Have fun out there!
