Soaked

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Ran 3 miles in a drizzle today. The printed section kept me dry. I was soaked under the solid colored section. To be honest, I think I would have been drier without the jacket on. I am giving it two stars, because the hood fit over my ponytail. I really liked that feature.
