Sexy-hot surface with techno-geek soul.

Kaenon mined the world over to find the best materials for its sunglasses, and the sleek, sporty Kanvas Sunglasses are no exception. Super-tough, lightweight, shape-maintaining TR-90 frames, impact-resistant, high-resolution lens, and even hydrophilic rubber pads and stainless steel hinges make up these sophisticated shades. And more than highly functional and protective, they are eye-catchingly cool and action-oriented.

  • Super-strong, durable, lightweight, flexible and TR-90 Grilamid frame resists temperature and retains shape memory for exceptional comfort
  • SR-91 lens combines the superior optical quality of glass with the light weight, strength, and impact-resistance of polycarbonate
  • Hydrophobic, anti-scratch, and anti-reflective coatings enhance durability and vision
  • Stainless steel hinges and hydrophilic Variflex imbedded rubber nosepads provide all-day, no-slip, comfortable fit
  • Fit for a man's face, sized medium

Best Optics, Hands Down

  • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit:True to size

I can see puffs of wind and fish feeding, in addition to contours of the snow.

Definitely on par with Maui Jims and Rudy Projects. In addition, They stay on my face well without Croakies or rubber tabs on the arms. Not too big, but no light leaks through the frame (I have a fairly big, round face and head). Water beads/rolls off and they are almost as scratch resistant as glass. Because they are made of SR-91 (not glass, like the Maui Jim Peahis) they don't shatter if you drop them. Pro tip: put them on you face before you capsize a skiff (I got a new pair right after mine sank; I loved them so much)

I have the C28 lenses in them:

-They are great for dawn fishing and later in the day I don't find them too light.

-For the alpine when its bluebird you may want a darker lens. (G12, B12, C12)
