You can't really help it that you think about high mountain trails just about as much as you think about pizza and beer, but the best thing to do is to indulge yourself with both as often as you can. Lucky for you, the Jack Wolfskin Highland Trail XT 60 Backpack shares your addiction to remote wilderness trails—it might like an IPA and a slice of pizza, but you two can discuss that on the trail.
When you are ready to hit the trail, you'll appreciate the adjustable torso length and the width adjustable harness. The X-Transition suspension keeps the pack comfortable when you're weighed down with three day's worth of gear. The main compartment can be accessed from both the top and through the zippered front panel. A bottom compartment is a great place to stash a sleeping bag or tent, while multiple pockets along the front, sides, and top of the pack secure anything you might need while you're out on the trail.
