Suuuper Comfortable
I've only had my very first pair of Hokas now for a few weeks, but so far, I would have to say that they're the most comfortable hikers I've EVER owned! I've not been great distances or on actual trails yet :(:( so I would not be able to speak on that or to how they will hold up or on their waterproof-ness since it's been only dry. But what I CAN say is I have the most beat up feet and ankles. I have broken both ankle.joint capsules in the past and fallen. So many times , wrenching the ankles thst I have lost count ages ago. I also have plantar fasciitis something fierce....and these boots are like my feet are SO cradled and supported. I LOVE their wide base and super-grippy soles! After I've hiked on rough trails and had them for longer, I will probably update or write a more thorough review. I'm excited to also shop for walking/running shoes for my neighborhood!

I have arrived at sneaker heaven!
I have to run up and down dimly lit stairs in theatres where i work as a lighting designers - can wear these all day - feel like they help my footing - keep me balanced and feel great. I 68 and appreciate the extra foot surface! No complaints -

Very Narrow
This product looks cool and has nice features but is very narrow. If you have a wider foot, this is not the shoe for you. I wish they made it in wide.

Great support but shoes falls off easily
Great support. I wear these to work in the hospital and they do amazing but they started falling apart within a month. I kept them and it's been 8 months now and they literally have holes on the side. And the design is coming off. I'm one that will have shoes for years and they still look new so there is something wrong with how they are made. They are super comfortable so I will give them that. Please make the design better.

The shoes are fine Customer service is not
Have had the shoes for 1 month, they have an issue with waterproofing, one turns dark gray while the other stays light gray and the water beads up. They also crease really bad. The chat person offered to do a warranty exchange, but that takes 2-3 weeks, I need them for a trip in 7 weeks, and need to break them in. When asked why I couldn't just do a simple exchange, I was pretty much blown off and he refused to entertain me getting a reasonable accommodation, so even though I am within my 30/60 day return period, they have to do a warranty thing, which means I wait 2-3 weeks...

I Returned These Boots
These boots did not meet my expectations. I have a pair if HOKA sneakers that are great, with very good arch support and excellent cushioning in the metatarsal area (I have metatarsalgia so that's important for me). The boots had neither. Lackluster cushion and no arch support. Also, I found the extended sole in the rear of the boots got caught on things while hiking in rough terrain.

I bought these trail hiking shoes about a month ago. I was training in others boots and my left foot was very uncomfortable. These were comfortable from day 1. I tend towards supination but this extra sized heel tread has corrected that. They feel very stable on wet or uneven ground.

HOKA never disappoints!
I have been wearing Rincon 3 for several months and love them. The Trail Code GTX are great for walking on uneven terrain, because I have problems with my feet and ankles. Thank you, HOKA, for once again saving my feet!

Just not for me
I have nothing bad to say about the shoe it was comfortable, but I felt it was a little too bulky for me. I wanted something a little more streamlined, but still good for trail so I returned the shoe and purchased the Anacopa breeze. .
