Why We Like The Kaha Low GTX Hiking Shoe
Following the footsteps of the hiking boot with the same name, the HOKA ONE ONE Kaha 2 Low GTX brings us comfort and support to a lower-profile shoe for hiking on any terrain. The Vibram MegaGrip outsole uses 5mm lugs to grip varying terrain in all conditions, while the nubuck leather upper with Gore-Tex membrane keeps feet dry through shallow crossings and rainstorms. The Kaha's EVA-cushioned construction allows us to more comfortably ascend the trail and more quickly descend back for a celebratory beverage.

Heel slips some
Still trying the shoes out. Bought a half size down and the heel does not slip as bad as the 6.5 I first ordered. The 6.5 size in another style, the heel did not slip...otherwise should be another great shoe.

A disappointment
As the long-time purchaser of many Hokas, I ordered these shoes with confidence. I have a pair of the Kaha hikers that are terrific, so when I felt the need for a low-cut pair, I ordered the same size and width. Wrong decision! They not only didn't fit, they exacerbated my knee soreness. Unfortunately, I'm past the return date :-(

Not as comfortable as Bondi
Does not fit as well as the bondi's. Slick bottoms. I purchased for work and I can't wear them because I slip all over the place. They do feel comfortable and are waterproof.

Good shoe but not waterproof
Good steady shoe. Great support. My concern is they are not waterproof as stands. Twice I have worn outside when raining for a short time and both time my sock was damp when I returned. I despise wet socks. Ex specially when the product is advertised as being waterproof.

Had to return. Ill fitting and not comfy.
I love Hoka shoes and have several pairs. Purchased these because I like their style/aesthetic. But they were too large. Felt like they were poking my pack ankles and could slide off. They did not feel plush or comfy. Sadly had to return.

I would not purchase again
These are not all comfy like I expected. The sole of them makes you think they have to be fabulous. But they aren't any better than any other shoe I've tried. Only difference is these are way over priced

They feel great until I walk more than a few steps.
I was looking for a low waterproof hiker. I've been strictly wearing HOKA only for the last 3 years. I have very bad feet that kill me when I'm on my feet for more than a couple hours. HOKA's have saved me at my work events. I love them. I love the look of these shoes. Unfortunately, my feet slip really bad to the point where they are unstable. I can only where them on flat pavement. I cannot wear them on a trail, which is why I purchased them. When you tie them you can't get them tight and they become even looser within a couple steps. I feel like that is the main cause. You cannot get them tied tight and they loosen right away to the point that you can't walk and you have to retie them. Because of that I don't think buying a smaller size would help. Hoka employee's need to try these shoes because it seems like it would be an easy fix. Very disappointing because the first few steps feel great and I think I'd love them if I didn't feel like I could walk out of them all the time.

Big disappointment and don't waste your money
I love the look of these sneakers, however they slip on my feet, fit weird and wind up making my feet sore. I have never been more disappointed in a sneaker than my first and probably last purchase of Hoka

Slightly too big /not much color choice
I will be returning these shoes. Slightly too big, laces don't stay tied and poor color choices. I miss my old Hoka hiking shoes!!
