Zipper broke

Very comfortable and functional jacket on the mountain. Zipper broke after the fifth time using it which was disappointing for a high quality Helly Hansen product. I would recommend buying this elsewhere with a better return/warranty program as Backcountry only helps if it's within 30 days of purchase. Backcountry also doesn't have any workshops/associates at the their physical retail stores to support so overall a disappointing experience.
